When I arrived at the hotel, the rooms were not ready, and they were not as clean as I would have liked. However, the staff was accommodating and provided exceptional customer service, which made up for the initial room situation. The location was convenient for my activities, albeit not the safest area. The dining experience was lacking, although there were nearby options. The facilities were decent overall.

My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The location was convenient and close to downtown, but there were some cleanliness issues in the rooms. Despite some drawbacks, the dining experience was really good, and the facilities were enjoyable.

Upon entering the room, we noticed it was not as clean as we had hoped. We even found bugs, one of which was in our bed under the cover. Additionally, our room wasn't ready for at least an hour due to an incident that occurred while we were away for the day.

The service left much to be desired. One staff member was so rude that I wouldn't want to return just because of her. They didn't clean up anything properly, and there wasn't a good selection. Some staff members couldn't speak English and ignored our requests, which was beyond rude.
